As a print version format and on-line version of copies of the Official Guide will be published to government officials, professionals, top management executives and decision makers during the exhibition period and afterwards, it could be very important for you to present your company and your product to one of the most potential and biggest markets of the world - Russia.

- E-visa applicants are not required to visit the Consular Department
- The validity period of a unified electronic visa is 60 days from the date of issue
- The validity period shall not exceed 16 days from the date of entry
- It is necessary to submit an application on the website: https://evisa.kdmid.ru/
- All process to take e-visa is no more than 4 calendar days
NOTE: Strongly recommended to apply in advance, in order not to be in a rush in case if some additional details occurred to be demanded!
- Accommodation at the hotels located not far from the exhibition venue and at all hotels of Sochi
- Transfers from/to airports and railway station, transport services, rent-a-car

An interpreter is recommended because not all Russian business partners and visitors speak English or any other language. Furthermore, business cards are very important means of communication, they better to be translated into Russian.
